Have you taken a intro series but want a refresher? Has it been awhile since you practiced? Do you want to get back into yoga but don't where to start? This four week series is for you. The series will focus on some of the main foundational poses including sun salutations and then cover variation of poses you have already learned. We will also delve further into meditation and pranayama practice. You will leave this series with a collection of poses you can put together for a home practice as well as be ready to practice at the studio.
Price: $50 with preregistration, $55 day of space permitting. Course is limited to 15 students . Preregistration is required.
