New to Yoga?

If you have never tried yoga, or would like a refresher on the basics, this is the class for you! Yoga Soleil teachers make learning yoga safe, fun and accessible in this class designed specifically  for beginners. They teach the fundamentals of breathing and alignment in basic yoga poses, gently guiding each student to access their inner grace, strength, balance and wisdom.Pre-registration is required for these classes.

You don't need to be flexible or have a quiet mind to begin. All you need to do is show up.
We also offer intro intensive (3 weeks) during the summer months. Check our schedule page for details.

If none of our intro series dates fit your schedule, you might want to consider scheduling a few private sessions with one of our experienced teachers to get you started.
